Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM/HRSD Modules

Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer Job Type : [Full-Time / Contract] Experience : 7 Years to 10 Years Department : IT / Enterprise Applications Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more. The ideal candidate will have deep platform expertise, strong scripting capabilities, and a track record of leading ServiceNow initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules to support IT and business workflows. - Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules. - Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. - Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across the platform. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Lead ServiceNow upgrade and patching cycles and ensure minimal downtime. - Mentor junior developers and support team members in technical best practices. - Maintain technical documentation and adhere to ServiceNow development standards. - Ensure platform security and compliance in line with company policies. Required Skills : - 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI Policies. - Expertise in core ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and others. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, LDAP, SSO, etc.). - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of ServiceNow Store apps and scoped app development. Preferred Qualifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred. - Experience with HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules. - Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting. Soft Skills : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Proactive attitude towards solving technical and business challenges.
