Senior Visual Designer - Illustrator/Photoshop

Responsibilities : - Visual Design Ownership : Lead visual design across the games - Brand collaterals (e. g., logotypes, iconography, typography systems), UI (e. g., Overlays, HUDS, Buttons, Game Art usage) - Game Art : Renders and showcase of game assets within the game and user-facing - 2D and 3d Asset Collaboration : Work closely with concept artists, 3d artists, and tech art teams to define and integrate UI with 3d Art assets to 3d spaces and real-time elements. - Engine Integration : Partner with developers making ensure smooth and precise implementation of UI in Unreal Engine, considering platform performance, optimization (draw calls, atlases), and polish. - UI Systems and Scalability : Working with the product team to create scalable visual design systems, templates, and documentation for live updates, feature expansion, and consistent pipelines. - Player-Centric Iteration : Evolve designs based on user feedback, internal reviews, analytics, and playtest results. - Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration : Work with gameplay, animation, marketing, and design teams to maintain a cohesive visual language across the game and platform. - Mentorship and Quality Reviews : Support and guide junior designers through critiques, feedback loops, and process improvements. Requirements : - 5 years of experience designing Brands and UI/UX for games across mobile, console, or PC. - Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design or other similar relevant specializations - Proven expertise in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout systems tailored for game environments. - Strong portfolio (Very Important) demonstrating Visual Design in UI and Brand collaterals for interactive games or applications with production-level polish. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with Unreal or Unity pipelines. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into high-fidelity, engine-ready assets. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
