Oracle Cloud Consultant

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage the power of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS (Software as a Service) applications to achieve their business objectives. You will provide expert guidance, implement solutions, and ensure successful cloud transformations for our diverse client base. Responsibilities : - Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and strategic goals related to cloud adoption. - Provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle Cloud solutions, including OCI and various Oracle SaaS offerings (e.g., ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, CX Cloud). - Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and define solution architectures. - Develop and present compelling proposals and recommendations for Oracle Cloud solutions tailored to client needs. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Design comprehensive and scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, cost-effectiveness, and integration requirements. - Define the technical architecture for OCI environments, including compute, storage, networking, and database services. - Design integration strategies between Oracle Cloud and on-premises systems or other cloud platforms. - Develop data migration strategies and plans for transitioning workloads to the Oracle Cloud. - Create detailed architectural diagrams, blueprints, and documentation. - Lead and participate in the implementation and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions. - Configure and provision OCI resources based on the defined architecture. - Implement and configure Oracle SaaS applications according to client requirements. - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation and deployment phases. - Maintain deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture. - Possess strong functional and technical knowledge of one or more Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., ERP Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Understand integration methodologies and tools relevant to Oracle Cloud (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs). - Have a solid understanding of cloud security best practices and Oracle Cloud security offerings. - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and automation tools is a plus. - Knowledge of database technologies, including Oracle Database and cloud-based database services. - Manage individual workstreams and contribute to project planning and execution. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants or implementation team members. - Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to project stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies, features, and best practices. - Pursue relevant Oracle Cloud certifications. - Participate in knowledge sharing activities and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Qualifications : - Proven experience as an Oracle Consultant, with a significant focus on Oracle Cloud solutions (OCI and/or SaaS). - Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, Security). - Strong functional and/or technical expertise in one or more Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, CX Cloud). - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. - Solid understanding of cloud adoption methodologies and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at various levels. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
