Job Description Job Description A company that fabricates commercial furniture is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of the renovation process. Duties Develop and present design concepts that meet client needs and preferences. Utilize software tools such as Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Sketchup, and AutoCAD to create detailed design plans. Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and gather necessary information for design projects. Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure designs are executed accurately during the renovation process. Create lighting designs that enhance the functionality and ambiance of spaces. Prepare budgeting estimates for projects, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with the best options available. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. Experience Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software including Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and lighting design tools. Strong knowledge of remodeling processes and contract management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
