Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address students' unique challenges. Providing virtual counseling and intervention services to support students' mental health and behavioral development. Requirements: To qualify for the Digital School Psychologist position, candidates should possess the following qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. State licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Proven experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses. Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results. Experience developing and implementing IEPs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members, parents, and school staff. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/virtual environment. Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology to deliver virtual services.
