Experience providing tech support such as PC set up, log-in issues, connecting to internet, etc. This is Mainly desktop Support role -Switches in racks -technical support troubleshooting -Windows 11 OS -Network connectivity -login issues -password resets Looking for someone to give white glove customer service to a top client. This is a LONG TERM opportunity to stay and grow your career. 1-3 year long contract. M-F 8-5 Onsite and drug and background check required
