GSL Education is currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for one of our vibrant client SEN schools in Enfield . The school is lookingfor someone who can start after straight away and has SEN experience working with individuals and small groups of children. Supporting children with special educational needs Individual support should be provided to students in small groups to ensure learning is taking place Ideal Teaching Assistant will: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant. Support pupils who have special educational needs Have basic understanding of childhood development and steps to support children of various ages Be helping pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.
