Job Description
The next audition for the Milano Contemporary Ballet international training program for 2025/26 will be held in Milan on May 10th, 2025. Applications are open. When: 10th May 2025 Deadline for applications: May 3rd, 2025 The international training program was created by Roberto Altamura, founder of Milano Contemporary Ballet and Milano City Ballet. The program provides young dancers with the necessary tools to complete their education and increase their potential, stimulating creativity and curiosity, working on each one’s personal quality and supporting them in finding the most suitable path in the world of dance. THE TRAINING The daily program, lasting 8 months, ranges from ballet technique, aimed at training contemporary dancers, to contemporary and modern techniques, floor work, partnering, choreographic composition, and improvisation. Additionally, dancers regularly attend Pilates, biomechanics, anatomy, and movement analysis classes. Milano Contemporary Ballet offers the unique opportunity to study and, at the same time, to increase one’s own knowledge with working experiences, through participation in Italian and international festivals, theater performances, events, and collaborations with artists, fashion brands, and representatives of the Italian and international music panorama.
