Big Oh Tech - UI/UX Designer

Job Description : We are looking for a UX designer to design software and platforms that meet user needs. We need you to be analytical & creative in order to design the overall functionality of the product to ensure ga great user experience. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain : - Execute deliveries as required for the product/project launch. - Able to communicate within the team and, in specific cases, with concerned persons from clients' teams. - Must be aware of what kind of product you are working on. - Deeply understands the needs of the user or PM. - Able to explain your designs to the team. - Constantly upgrade knowledge and know-how by following happenings in the industry. - From time to time, he documents the entire design process of projects he has directly worked on or projects executed by other team members. - Negotiate with the client through understanding and questioning UX strategies. - Follow the schedule and timelines for deliveries as set by the Project manager. - Constantly coordinate ideas internally and seek clarifications when in doubt. - Desirable : Knowledge of Platform guidelines and front-end : - Degree in HCI disciplines such as UI Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, and Industrial Design with a Portfolio demonstrating an inclination to UX Design. - Any Workshop or Certification in UI/UX design that justifies your knowledge. - Degree in Graphic Design/ Applied Arts with demonstrable know-how in UX Design. - Promising skill and knowledge in the field of design. - Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. - Advanced software skills - Adobe Suite, Figma, Invision, Balasmiq, Sketch, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
