We help companies reach operational efficiencies by empowering them with technology solutions that drive their business & Responsibilities : - Create, maintain and execute test cases and test plans and provide clear and concise reports. - Test the features that are being developed and provide constructive feedback on systems, features, and the overall quality of the product. - Ensure that the Sprint, Milestone, and Project Deliverables are achieved on time through active participation in testing tasks and processes. - Assists in the process with development in order to provide timely and accurate resolution to critical customer issues. - Proactively works with other team members as needed to resolve issues and meet project goals. - Coordinate and communicate with the different teams involved in the project. - Clearly document issues and ensure they can be reproduced effectively. - Track and maintain the bug database and regularly highlight important issues to the production teams. - Identify any potential project risks in advance and convey the same to the production teams. - Additionally, work on improving the operational efficiency of the QA team by assessing the current quality assurance practices and incorporating new QA strategies. - Ensure testing processes are followed daily while also assisting and mentoring other members of the quality assurance team. - Coordinates his/her own work as well as the work required from others. - Demonstrates mastery of problem-solving skills. - Uses customer understanding and knowledge of the relevant technologies to measure the quality of a better Skills : - An excellent understanding of bug-tracking software (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc. - Experience creating clear, concise, and reusable test cases, test suites, and test plans. - The ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and take ownership of assigned areas. - Should have knowledge of QA Methodologies. - Should have knowledge of STLC and bug life cycle. - Should have experience in testing mobile applications, web applications, websites, and other custom projects. - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. - Team player and good time-management skills. - Experience with performance and/or security testing and SQL. - Automated Skills : - Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. - Good organizational skills and detail-oriented : - Bachelor's degree in Scient, Computer Science, Technical, Business or related field. - 5 years' of experience in related industry. - An interest in, and understanding of, project management Location : Vadodara.
