Technical Lead - Java Development

Job Title : Java Tech Lead Location : : 9 year and above We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Java lead to join our team with over 9 years of experience working in enterprise-level java applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Demonstrate strong technical leadership: guide the team, perform code reviews, unblock technical issues, and predict risks. - Optimize performance of Java applications for efficiency and scalability. - Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code by following best practices. - Contribute to design and define/review implementation details of the features handled by the team - Strong design patterns knowledge - Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout development. - Consistently meet deadlines and project commitments. - Actively engage in all development stages from planning, execution, delivery and support. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practices.
