SAP ERP Consultant - Implementation & Support

Role Description: As an SAP ERP Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the MNC company's SAP initiatives, focusing on the development and optimization of subledger processes. You will be responsible for validating the impact of changes on core finance subledgers, crafting streamlined integration solutions, and ensuring alignment with the company's SimpliFi architecture. Your expertise in SAP module configuration and your ability to design financial models will be crucial for delivering successful projects. Responsibilities : - Validate the impact of changes on core finance subledgers, including feeder connections, leasing contracts, Sales and Purchase Orders, and Fixed Assets movements. - Craft SAP subledger processes that streamline integration and enhance data management. - Apply in-depth SAP module knowledge (SD, MM, Leasing, AA, AP/AR, Bank accounting, PS) to steer decisions for core subledger processes. - Enhance subledger processes with a thorough understanding of both SimpliFi processes and SAP standard functionality. - Cooperate on the strategic and regulatory business design for subledger initiatives. - Execute subledger implementation, ensuring it aligns with the SimpliFi architecture. - Perform technical design and development of MM/SD/AA/PS and Leasing solutions in SAP S/4HANA. - Design financial models for accurate insurance calculations. - Apply knowledge of Allianz-specific processes to devise effective solutions. - Enable insurance profitability and performance management through PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) process implementation and refinement. - Ensure OE (Organizational Entity) implementation aligns with SimpliFi goals. - Continually enhance processes to meet Allianz objectives and uphold best practices. - Ensure seamless integration between SAP subledgers and other core finance modules. - Manage data migration and data synchronization processes. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP subledger solutions. - Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure system functionality and data integrity. - Develop and execute test plans and scenarios. Skill Requirements (Development/Build) : - In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, Leasing, AA, AP/AR, Bank accounting, PS). - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements. - Strong understanding of core finance subledger processes and integration with feeder connections. - Experience in crafting and optimizing subledger processes for enhanced data management. - Experience in technical design and development of MM/SD/AA/PS and Leasing solutions in SAP S/4HANA. - Ability to design financial models and implement PaPM processes. - Experience in integrating SAP modules and managing data migration and synchronization. - Understanding of data integrity and consistency across systems. - Knowledge of Allianz-specific processes and requirements. - Experience in developing technical documentation and participating in testing activities. Qualifications : Experience : - Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation and support, with a focus on subledger processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules. - Experience in designing and implementing financial models. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related modules. - Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. - Experience with PaPM process implementation. - Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
