Technical Lead - Java/Spring Boot

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Tech Lead and Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade : - Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and PostgreSQL. - Lead technical planning, solution design, and end-to-end delivery. - Create software architecture, design documents, and integration strategies. - Oversee code reviews, ensure timely delivery, and manage deployments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers. - Conduct technical presentations, client demos, and requirement analysis. - Drive technical excellence, ensure best practices, and maintain source code repositories. - Contribute to the productization of delivered solutions and roadmap planning. Requirements : - Experience: 8 Years. - Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, M. Sc. (CS), or MCA. - 2-3 years of solution architecture experience in enterprise environments. - Strong leadership in tech strategy, solution documents, and team mentoring. - Familiarity with QMS, project estimation, and technical documentation.
