Job Title : Technical Support Engineer : : IT Support / Technical Services Job Type : Full Level : 2-8 years Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer (Frontend/Backend) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, configuring systems, managing networks, and acting as the first point of contact for all technical-related concerns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities : - Participate in online meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware or software issues. - Monitor, update, and maintain all aspects of computer networks and systems. - Install and configure computer systems, networks, CCTV cameras, and various applications. - Provide timely responses to technical inquiries and assist in resolving system-related issues. - Document technical support processes and resolutions, detailing actions taken, timelines, and involved parties. - Support the development of training materials related to system usage and troubleshooting. - Serve as the primary contact for all technical issues from internal teams or clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of IT Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications in computer networking and/or system support (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft). - 2-8 years of proven experience in a technical support or IT operations role within a customer-focused environment. - Proficiency with help desk software and remote desktop access tools. - Strong experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS). - Proven ability to install and manage systems and applications for large teams or organizations. - Excellent time-management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. - Ability to accept and act on constructive feedback to continuously improve support Skills : - Experience in both frontend and backend technical environments. - Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar service management frameworks. - Previous exposure to technical training, documentation, or process improvement initiatives.
