SAP ECC Benefits Consultant

Job Title : SAP ECC Benefits (Global Benefits) Consultant Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai. Experience : 5 Years Employment Type : Contract Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC Benefits (Global Benefits) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Benefits configuration, global business process understanding, and end-to-end implementation experience. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : - Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions. - Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP ECC Benefits implementations. - Lead/Support in design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases. - Document as-is and to-be business processes. - Identify system limitations, requirement gaps, and suggest improvements. - Prepare and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). - Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support. - Estimate efforts, timelines, and deliverables accurately. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality SAP solutions. - Collaborate effectively with large, global teams. Required Skills : - 5 years of experience in SAP ECC Benefits (Global Benefits). - Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP implementation experience. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively. - Strong knowledge of HR business processes and SAP HCM integration. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred : - SAP HCM/Benefits Certification. - Experience in Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with related SAP modules like Payroll, Time Management, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
