Technical Lead - .Net

We have an opening for the role of Tech Lead.NET. Location : Remote (Work from Home). Experience Required : 12 Years. Salary : Competitive, based on experience. What You'll Do : - Lead & mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices. - Architect & develop scalable applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework), Azure, React & Node.js. - Work on Microservices architecture & seamless API integration. - Optimize performance, security, and scalability. - Drive technical decision-making & collaborate with stakeholders. - Manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments. - Conduct code reviews & implement best development practices. What We're Looking For : - 12 years in software development & technical leadership Strong expertise in .NET & Azure (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ). - Frontend skills in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. - Database experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Cloud expertise in Azure (AWS is a plus). - Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps. - Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, OData. - Agile development & project tracking (Azure DevOps). - Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
