Halma India - Technical Architect - Full Stack Technologies

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect for our Software development in Ahmedabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript technologies for web and mobile application development and be proficient with developing cloud Native applications (Azure). This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable exploring new technologies, evaluating the pros and cons behind selecting the correct tech stack, migrate the legacy code base when needed. He/She must have some experience in Windows-based Technologies to design, implement and manage our legacy Windows-based products (SCAL360, Service360, SmartLink etc) with tech-stack covering Windows OS, related server technologies, enterprise-level applications and cloud services. Lead & Mentor: You will be required to lead and mentor the SW team working on different tech stacks under you and technically guide them in resolving technical hurdles and be accountable for the software services and product deliverables. This requires good communication skills to influence and inspire the SW team towards making them skilled and productive. Software Architecture : - You will be required to participate and define the scalable Software Architecture that aligns with the business goals and technical requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features. Software Quality & Delivery : You will be required to actively participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging to ensure highquality software delivery. - You must be open to exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance our software products and solutions. Software processes and documentation : - You will be responsible for ensuring the SW team follows the Agile development process, maintaining the SW architecture documentation and user manuals based on features and enhancements introduced in our software products and services. - You will drive continuous improvement in software development practices and processes. Technical curiosity : - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azure Cloud fundamentals and apply this knowledge to optimize our cloudbased solutions. - Hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications (Azure) - Hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures. - Hands-on experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL), such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Lite DB, SQLite etc. - Experience in PostGIS is a big plus - Hands-on experience with the following programming languages: - Web : Node.js, Express.js, Nest etc. for Backend, React, Angular, Next etc. for Front-End - Mobile : React Native, Xamarin - Windows : WPF, C#, . Net Framework - Familiarity with SSDLC - Excellent problem-solving skills with a willingness to dive into both new and legacy code bases. - Aware of Windows Universal Platform and Windows tech stack including .Net framework & WPF. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) - 10 Years with a minimum of 2-3 years' prior experience as a - Software Technical Architect (ref:hirist.tech)
