Freelance Site Manager – Steel Frame Construction Location: Crawley (applicants must be within a 1-hour commute) Project Value: Up to £20 million Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in steel frame construction We are looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee the build of a steel frame unit, including: Concrete base Steel frame structure Mezzanine floors internally Roof installation Key Responsibilities: Develop short- and long-term build programmes Manage and coordinate the wider site team, including an Assistant Site Manager and Site Engineer Ensure project milestones are met efficiently and within budget Requirements: Proven experience managing projects of similar scope and scale (up to £20 million) Must hold a Black Manager’s CSCS Card SMSTS certification and 3-day First Aid certificate required If you meet the criteria and are ready to take charge of this exciting project, apply now
