Back-End Software Engineer - R&D

We are looking for a Back-End Software Engineer to join our team. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Participate in the analysis, development, and maintenance of software dedicated to internal stakeholders. Manage new development requests for integration with frontend software. Utilize automation tools like Playwright to design, build, and maintain automated testing and deployment solutions. Actively participate in the search for new features aimed at improving internal and external processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to raise the quality and efficiency of infrastructure, ensuring reliable system operations. WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH At least 3 years of experience in the role. Demonstrated expertise in research and development (R&D). Proficiency in Python scripting and experience with automation frameworks. Hands-on experience with Playwright for automating tasks and processes. Knowledge of AI concepts and applications. Experience in developing RESTful and Graph APIs. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Understanding of key software architecture design patterns. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and software deployment in orchestrators (Kubernetes). Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP). Competence in cloud architectures. Familiarity with specific tools (Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Jira, ClickUp or Asana, Postman). NICE TO HAVE Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in product and/or service companies. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Experience working in medium-sized teams (1-3 members).
