Progeco NeXT offers high value-added services in the following areas: Multidisciplinary Engineering Project Management & Field service Inspection & Expediting Training & Progeco NeXT Academy Technical Recruiting Operation & Maintenance of Power Industrial Plants Position: For a direct hiring at a client company with years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning, and management of Waste to Energy industrial plants, we are looking for: ASSISTENTE DI CANTIERE Principal responsibilities: Act in the interest of the employer through control activities; Organize the site and the use of works; Manage the budget related to the work program; Interface with the Project Director, site manager, and supervisors; Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site and take all necessary precautions to prevent accidents; Coordinate the activities of personnel on site, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines; Monitor the progress of work and identify delays or problems, taking necessary corrective measures; Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and that materials and services meet project specifications; Keep site documentation updated, including progress reports, safety records, and work orders; Collaborate with the design team to resolve discrepancies or issues that may arise during the construction phase; Provide technical support to field personnel and resolve any doubts or questions regarding the execution of work. Requirements: Degree or technical diploma; Minimum experience in managing construction sites in civil or industrial plant engineering; Knowledge and use of AutoCAD 2D and Office package; Good knowledge of Italian or German language; Good knowledge of English language; Knowledge of technical regulations, procurement procedures, and health and safety laws; Availability to work on sites in Italy, Europe, and Internationally. Other information: Work location: Bolzano Extended travel is expected, with 2 returns per month, to sites in Italy, Europe, and abroad. The first site will be located in Estonia.
