Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of software or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are understood, timelines are met, and communication remains clear and structured throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate and support multiple technical projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery. - Work closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and resource allocation. - Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies. - Monitor project progress and handle risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, progress reports, and stakeholder updates. - Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and external vendors or clients (if any). - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), deadlines, and budget usage. - Use project management tools (like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project) for task tracking and reporting. Technical & Tool Skills : - Familiarity with software development processes (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models). - Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and basic IT concepts (databases, APIs, cloud platforms). - Experience working with tools such as: - Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana (or other PM tools) - MS Excel, Google Sheets for reporting - Slack, Teams, Zoom for team communication - Basic knowledge of technical concepts like APIs, Git, CI/CD, cloud services, etc. - Optional: Familiarity with QA/test cycles and defect management tools. Required Qualifications - 36 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a tech environment. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams across different time zones or locations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Comfortable translating business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP). - Experience in SaaS, web/mobile app development, or enterprise IT projects. - Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and technical documentation standards (ref:hirist.tech)
