Job Description : - Lead and manage the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects. - Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for smooth project execution. - Must have handled and led a development team effectively, ensuring team alignment and productivity. - Hands-on experience in development using Python, Java, and JavaScript. - Architect and implement cloud-native applications and solutions. - Must have worked on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical planning. - Identify and resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and scalability. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest relevant adoption. - Bachelors degree in CS/IT/EC. - 5 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role. - Proficient in [preferred tech stack: e., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js, React, AWS, etc. - Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
