Job Description : Were looking for a Senior Android Developer with deep expertise in native code (C++), JNI/NDK, and a solid understanding of AOSP. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance Android applications, optimize system performance, and customize AOSP for custom hardware and Responsibilities : - Integrate native C++ libraries using JNI/NDK. - Customize and extend AOSP for hardware and system-level features. - Profile and optimize app performance (CPU, memory, latency). - Develop platform-specific native code for diverse Android versions. - Ensure secure and efficient C++ implementations (media, networking, crypto). - Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to deliver quality apps. - Follow best coding practices and perform code reviews. - Debug and resolve issues across Java and C++ : - 5 years in Android development, 2 years with JNI/NDK & native code. - Proficient in C++ and Android SDK internals (Activities, Services, etc. - Strong in multithreading, performance tuning, and debugging. - Experience with AOSP, Gradle, CMake, and native debugging tools. - Skilled in Git and modern version control systems. - Clear communicator with strong problem-solving : - Experience with hardware-level APIs or GPU programming (OpenGL ES, Vulkan). - Familiarity with FFmpeg, OpenCV, or similar native & Tech Stack : Android Studio, CMake, Gradle, Git, Logcat, Systrace, Android Profiler.
