Skin health assistant scientist

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the consumer healthcare sector is looking for a: SKIN HEALTH ASSISTANT SCIENTIST Main Responsibilities: create and manage development briefs with external partners and suppliers, including core houses, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and documented; coordinate the preparation of samples, including the preparation of necessary documents and shipment logistics for GxP studies and trade samples; monitor and follow up on fragrance rework projects in collaboration with business partners and the R&D team, ensuring timely and effective communication; prepare and complete dossiers for the release of batches, working closely with Quality and Compliance (Q&C) to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Required Qualifications: education Level: University or higher degree; language Level: Advanced English (read, write and speak), minimum C1 level; ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives; strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise; desired Qualification: previous experience in laboratory, formula development and/or project management will be a differential factor.
