Thermal Test Engineer

Supporting organisations across Europe for external expertise within Hardware & Software Design & Verification About the Role I'm in collaboration with a Semiconductor company focused in expansion of AI application in the industry. They are currently looking for a Thermal Test Engineer, who will support the integration of a card into the embedded system. They will also execute simulation and verify in advance of the solution will do what it is meant to. Mostly remote during the design phase, but you will be required to be onsite during the verification phase. It is a 6 month contract initially, which is most likely to be extended to 12 months. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in thermal testing. Proficient with thermal measurement tools. Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Python, MATLAB, or Excel. Working knowledge of thermal simulation tools (e.g., FloEFD, ANSYS Icepak) is a plus. Good communication and documentation skills in English.
