Quantity Surveyor

START: ASAP LOCATION: Tuscany, Italy Contract length – 6 Month Contract (minimum) Quantity Surveyor – Industrial Manufacturing – Tuscany Specification: · At least 5-10 year’s of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Subcontracts Administrator on large EPC Projects · Italian fluency (essential) · Experience working in the process industry (chemical/oil & gas/FMCG) · Experience working with bespoke contracts. I am currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on an opportunity within the Industrial Manufacturing Industry. The client has a specific requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Tuscany, Italy to work on a large €300 million Greenfield Project. The client is working on a large CAPEX Project on their Manufacturing Plant and they are happy for any Italian-speaking candidates with strong experience in Construction Projects. The requirement for the role is to work underneath the Project Director and alongside the Engineering and project team. The project is in the civils phase and is expected to go on until January 2026 at the earliest.
