Tech Lead PHP (Laravel / Phalcon Full Stack) Location : Ahmedabad. Experience : 68 Years. Job Description : Were looking for a Tech Lead who will actively do R&D, code hands-on, mentor developers, and drive the technical direction of our product platform. What Youll Be Doing : - Writing clean, efficient, and well-architected PHP code (Laravel / Phalcon). - Taking ownership of the technical roadmap and overall system architecture. - Reviewing code, solving complex dev challenges, and mentoring team members. - Collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth, high-quality releases. - Leading by example on best practices, performance tuning & architectural decisions. Tech Skills You Should Have : - Strong hands-on with PHP 8.x, Laravel 10, and Phalcon. - Proficient in MySQL / MariaDB, DB schema design, and query optimisation. - Solid knowledge of REST APIS, WebSocket, JSON, and XML. - Frontend experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular). - Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and API tools like Swagger / OpenAPI. - Familiar with Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar for asynchronous workflows.
