Technical Lead - Java Technologies

Job description for Java Tech Lead position Exp Range : 10 to 15 years Experience : - 10-15 years of work experience in product engineering and development. - Experience working with distributed systems and high throughput data pipelines - Proficient in Java or Kotlin, Strong knowledge of Kafka and Spring boot. - Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure - Outstanding problem solving, analytical, design and debugging skills - BE, ME, PhD or Masters in computer science or related field - Nice to have: Experience on dev ops and relevant tools Responsibilities : - Build high throughput, low latency software for business critical processes - Design, develop, test and maintain core pieces of the JAVA/AWS Platform - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of backend engineers to ensure high-quality code delivery. - End to end development of new features and functionality - Analyze and improve system performance and scalability, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Write, review, and optimize code in Java, ensuring the highest standards of performance, quality, and security. - Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve issues and generate new ideas (ref:hirist.tech)
