Power BI Developer

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), SQL, MySQL, and PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing and developing interactive dashboards, visual reports, and data models, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for business intelligence. - Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation. - Work with MySQL databases to support business reporting needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions. - Create and present impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability. - Troubleshoot and resolve data, system, and performance issues. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. - Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Report/Dashboard development). - Strong experience in SQL and MySQL database management. - Hands-on experience in data visualization and BI best practices. - Excellent skills in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
