Rate Card Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

The Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is seeking a Rate Card Specialist , a strategic role to ensure customer satisfaction during the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Main Responsibilities: Manage relationships with customers in the assigned cluster (Press, National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, Sponsors). Manage and monitor customer orders and non-standard requests (operational management of orders from entry to delivery). Monitor sales and key KPIs for the assigned cluster. Oversee check-in, check-out, and help desk processes. Test and implement functionalities of the Rate Card system and suggest improvements. Coordinate a team of 5-6 volunteers during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. J-18808-Ljbffr
