Our process engineering team is growing, and we are now looking for a Process Engineer, an impact player to join our team. In this position, you will be developing and delivering technical solutions to our customers as part of the pre-projects (quotations) and projects team. This is an opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide industry-leading processing solutions. This opportunity offers unlimited career growth with an industry leader. The position is permanent and based in Tetra Pak office in Monza, Italy. You will travel approximately 30% of your time. What you will do Being an expert in food industry solutions, especially in dairy processing. Handling engineering calculations, design specifications, dimensioning and arrangement of processing equipment. Defining the functionality of the production line and supporting in preparing the functional description for the automation department. Creating engineering documentation in accordance with Tetra Pak standards. Providing comprehensive support, if needed, to the sales department, installation construction and commissioning teams. Conducting technical discussions with customers and suppliers. Developing and improving customer plants in terms of efficiency, safety and quality. Supporting less experienced colleagues. Ensuring customer satisfaction with Tetra Pak solutions and services. Representing the company to our customers. We believe you have You are an expert in your field with a positive and inspiring approach; motivating and coaching is something you enjoy. You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience from the food processing industry (preferably in dairy processing). University degree in Dairy Processing, Process Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Technology or similar. You have a strong drive for results and an analytic mindset. A good command of English; additionally, French or Spanish are considered a plus.
