TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Plymouth, Massachusetts, 02360 About The Position Contract Guarantee hours 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked Comments COVID SERIES, BOOSTER, FLU AND BILH COVERSHEET REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION - 10H Day shift with on call required - call is 2 nights a week and 1 weekend a month. If you work the weekend, it counts toward the weekday call requirement (24 hours a week of call) PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE- ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment. We need RNs to test within 48 hrs of offer. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RNs prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers - COVID vaccine Booster required - Medical exemption acceptable Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable This position will work in the Cath Lab and Prep/Recovery Area as well as Nuclear Stress. The position is a Flexible Day position and requires call, which includes nights weekends and holidays. Minimum Requirements: Current Massachusetts RN License AHA ACLS and BLS Certified Experience in Procedural Sedation 3-5 years current Interventional Cath Lab experience required Knowledge and operation of Cath Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring, Proficient in documenting in McKesson Cardiovascular procedural experience including diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures, devices related electrophysiology procedures, transesophageal echocardiograms, cardioversions and nuclear stress testing Can immediately perform STEMI call Excellent communication skills ability to critically think and work in a fast-paced clinically challenging and dynamic setting ability work in a team collaborative Strongly Preferred Requirements: Critical Care or Emergency department experience CCRN Certification NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is biweekly - 05/19, 06/02 etc IVS to interview and offer.
