Job Description

Job title: Site Manager We're on the hunt for a hands-on leader who can drive projects forward while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. If you're confident managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and keeping everything on track, this role is for you Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workplace Ensuring HSE compliance and upholding industry best practices. Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training . Managing materials, subcontractors, and procurement processes . Overseeing risk assessments, method statements, and lift plans (if qualified). Producing and maintaining programme schedules and progress reports . Managing contractual paperwork, including variations and commercial forecasts . Engaging with stakeholders, landowners, and utility companies . Driving team performance, fostering motivation, and leading by example . Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and site compliance . Excellent leadership and communication Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Marine experience is desirable . Security clearance will be required . ACS are recruiting for a Site Manager .
