Joiner - Responsive Repairs Location: South Shields, South Tyneside, NE32 3DP Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour Job Type: Contract The Role Our Client is seeking a time-served Joiner to join the Responsive Repairs Team . You will be responsible for carrying out joinery repairs and maintenance across council properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Performing joinery repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Working as part of a responsive repairs team , reacting to urgent and routine repair requests. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Following health and safety regulations , including risk assessments. Using appropriate tools and equipment , ensuring compliance with council procedures.
