Broker Technician

This role involves creating global policies, slips, and endorsements records, and ensuring the accurate and timely production of client and market documentation, bordereau, and statistics. Key Responsibilities: Prepare global market and client documentation, including slips, wordings, and clauses. Draft client evidence of coverage documents (Cover Notes, Addenda, Debit/Credit Notes) and produce monthly bordereau and statistics. Maintain and update paper and electronic systems to meet Contract Certainty and regulatory guidelines. Use broking systems for document creation, accounting entries, and submitting slips and LPANs for signing. Resolve global queries and data requests to ensure client satisfaction. Build business relationships with global markets, clients, and colleagues. Ensure compliance with company values and regulatory requirements. About You: Strong knowledge of the (re)insurance market to address client and technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to work within agreed procedures and processes. Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the qualification. Team player with a flexible approach to assist colleagues when required.
