Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) – £40,000 per annum Location: Outskirts of Brandon Hours: Day hours around 8.30am - 5.00pm (Early finish Friday) Full-Time (Part-Time Considered for the Right Candidate) A small yet well-established production company on the outskirts of Brandon is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with both mechanical and electrical experience who is also comfortable carrying out general site maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repairs – Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimise downtime. Fault Finding & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on equipment. Site Maintenance – Carry out general tasks around the site, ensuring the premises remain safe and operational. Contractor Management – Liaise with external contractors for forklift truck (FLT) and compressed air system breakdowns. Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies. Requirements: Experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Hands-on experience with production machinery maintenance . Willingness to undertake general site maintenance duties. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable. Ability to liaise with external contractors and service providers. What’s on Offer?
