Job Title: Litigation Solicitor Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 Location: Central Doncaster Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property disputes, and professional negligence claims Advise clients on litigation strategy, providing clear, commercial, and practical legal advice Prepare and draft court documents, including Claim Forms, Particulars of Claim, Defences, and Part 8 Claims Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and ensure compliance with current legislation Liaise with clients, witnesses, experts, and third parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions to achieve favourable outcomes for clients Ensure all cases are managed in accordance with agreed timelines and within budget, keeping clients informed throughout the process Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, where required, assisting with their professional development Assist in business development activities, including drafting blogs, articles, and attending client meetings or events to enhance the firm's profile Employee Benefit Offering: 23 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays Additional annual leave during office closure over the Christmas period Employee pension scheme Private healthcare through Westfield Health Social events calendar Reward & recognition Excellent training & development pathway Hybrid working available About the Business: CRA Legal is a specialist recruitment business, working on behalf of a prestigious law firm with offices across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, and Lincolnshire.
