We're hiring a Contracts Manager in Leeds for a 6-month fixed-term contract, working three days per week. Description The Contracts Manager will be: Managing legal risk and supporting strategic decision-making Leading on contract drafting, negotiation, and review across the business Managing and updating a suite of legal templates Developing and maintaining internal policies and processes Overseeing regulatory and compliance monitoring across the organisation Profile The Contracts Manager should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 4 years' experience in a similar role Confident handling a broad range of contracts and commercial matters Skilled in developing legal templates, policies, and risk frameworks Knowledgeable about compliance and regulatory oversight, ideally within the non-profit or public sector Comfortable working autonomously and providing practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment Job Offer This is a part-time (3 days/week), 12-month fixed-term contract with a pro-rata salary of £40,000.
