Senior Associate Real Estate | Belfast Flexible Working | Full & Part-Time Options Available Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in Belfast? We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join a well-established and growing Real Estate team. This role offers full flexibility, including remote and part-time options, to support work-life balance. The Role As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: Leading on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing (landlord and tenant) across sectors such as retail, leisure, clean energy, and investment. Managing due diligence on complex real estate projects, including title reviews, enquiries, and searches. Advising on real estate financing, large-scale acquisitions/disposals, and working closely with corporate, banking, construction, planning, and regulatory teams. Engaging in business development, networking, and mentoring junior team members to help grow the practice. What Were Looking For Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with strong experience in Real Estate law. Ability to work independently with strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach. Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively. A proactive mindset, with a track record of business development and building strong client relationships. Passion for collaboration and mentoring, contributing to the growth of junior team members.
