The successful candidate will cover both contentious and non-contentious work, and will be working with a variety of clients. If you have experience (up to 5 years’ post qualification experience), knowledge in trade mark design filing and prosecution, can demonstrate tactical thinking with solid commercial awareness, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. This would be a great fit for a team player, who can display sharp communication skills and has the capability of forming an analytical approach towards the client’s needs.
