Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Northampton, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team. The Role As Finance Business Partner, you'll work directly with the CFO and senior leadership team to provide strategic financial analysis that drives business decisions. This isn't a traditional reporting role - you'll be expected to challenge, influence and add genuine commercial value. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with operational directors to identify profit improvement opportunities Leading financial analysis for major commercial decisions and capital investments Developing insightful management information that tells the story behind the numbers Contributing to strategic planning and forecasting processes Presenting financial insights directly to the board About You The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven business partnering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. More important than your technical accounting skills is your ability to translate complex financial data into actionable commercial insights. You'll be: Naturally curious about the business, always asking "why?"
