Technical Business Analyst

Contract: CDI/Freelance- long term Job type: hybrid Your role: Contribute to internal IT strategy, solution exploration, and IT service design with an intrapreneurial mindset focused on experimenting with new ways of working. Apply Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Agile methodologies in a pragmatic way within an IT services environment (not R&D software development). Collaborate on experiments and proof of concepts with employees, and assist in planning their implementation through relevant service teams. Conceptualize and develop technological, methodological, and communication-based solutions, integrating change management, training design, and communication strategies. Conduct research on future of work trends, employee and user experience, market benchmarks, and build business cases and value realization documentation. Facilitate workshops with employees to identify challenges, analyze findings, and formalize problem statements with root cause analysis. Support the development and implementation of strategies for transitioning to a Future of Work/Modern Work/Hybrid/Flexible/Intelligent and Augmented Workplace. Your profile: 5-7 Years of experience as Business analyst or similar role Strong experience on the tools: I TIL / Agile / Power BI / Lean Startup / Design Thinking Strong communication skills
