Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking to strengthen its International Delivery Team by hiring a GRC Consultant in the fields of Audit, Compliance, Antifraud, Operational/ICT Cyber Risk transformation via advanced analytics and related solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating within different projects across multiple countries. His / her main responsibility will include: Support the Project Manager in management and driving digital transformation processes in GRC projects Assist in the design and implementation of GRC management processes and practices Assist in the design of GRC architecture and assess bank technological ecosystem Perform data analysis and query data to implement GRC solutions Support in the design and analysis for the integration of risk metrics into GRC processes Setup and implementation of GRC processes EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Good Microsoft Office skills e.g. excel, word, power point and access Up to 3 years of experience in banking processes and organization SOFT SKILLS: Effective communicator in a multi-national and multi-discipline environment Self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take initiative Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail Assertive and excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills Project/time management skills to meet required deadlines Fluency in English languages is mandatory (at least C1) Capable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environment Strong attention to details and technicalities Excellent organizational and technical skill Teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity Problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills LOCATION: Bologna or Milan WHAT WE OFFER: COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
