SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant - Configuration & Implementation

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical staff to ensure seamless HR process automation and integration with existing systems. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements. - Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with HR and other stakeholders. - Design and document functional specifications, data flows, and configuration changes. - Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities. - Ensure system integration with downstream and upstream systems (e.g, payroll, time, ERP). - Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements. - Stay up to date with SAP best practices and roadmap for SuccessFactors. - Support HR business transformation initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong knowledge of foundation objects, position management, workflows, business rules, and data models. - Experience with SAP Integration Center, API, or middleware tools (Dell Boomi, CPI, etc.) - End-to-end implementation experience is highly preferred. - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals). - Prior consulting experience or working in global implementation projects. - Familiarity with Agile project methodology.
