DaoPay is a licensed payment service provider offering tailor-made solutions for cashless payments since 2001. We operate globally and process digital payments via mobile, credit card, e-wallets, blockchain payments, bank transfers and more. Clients use our services for online gaming, social media sites, internet gambling and much more. We are now looking for a talented & career-driven B2C Support Agent to join our team. In this role you will be directly connected to customer support and merchant relations. We are looking for a team member who can meet challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. This role is perfectly suitable for entry level applicants and those studying looking for part/full time hands-on career experience As Customer Care Agent, you will Join our Customer Support team by providing all support levels (1,2 & 3) to end-users via chat, e-mail, post and phone Assist the team in reaching weekly and monthly targets Resolve merchant queries regarding all phases from integration to ongoing operations Identify any issues based upon incoming queries Assist the Fraud Department with transaction monitoring on a daily basis Maintain an open communication with other departments in the firm Your Profile Strong communication skills and willing to communicate with internal and external partners Excellent oral and written communication skills in English ; German language is highly advantageous, additional languages welcome Experience in payment services, in-depth knowledge of phone payments is an advantage Experience in supporting a small team and being a team player Solution oriented and willingness to take initiative to complete tasks, projects and commitments You enjoy a multi-tasking environment Good overall technical understanding Working knowledge of MS Office; tech savvy and knowledge of additional software is most welcome Our Offer An opportunity to join a small and talented team in a growing, diverse and innovative FinTech company A welcoming and international work environment with a flat hierarchy An inspiring work community with the opportunity to work and learn alongside talented professionals Competitive salary and offering part-time and full-time positions Optimal working hours - only Monday-Friday with fixed working hours, no night or weekend shifts Want to join our team?
