Our Spanish based client is currently searching for a Photonics Packaging Design Engineer to improve and develop manufacturing for the integration of photonic devices and ICs. The role will involve designing and supporting packaging solutions. Providing mechanical modeling will be required. Supporting and being part of the packaging team will be an important part of the role.
