Position Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner from 8 years PQE to join a well-established team advising on a wide range of both Contentious and Non-Contentious Employment Law matters. The role offers scope for progression including partnership. You will have substantial business development experience along with some client following to expand on Key responsibilities: Drafting contracts, agreements, policies and procedures Providing corporate support and advising on all employment-related issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, contracting out and the effect of TUPE Advising on the full realm of employment related disputes and problems affecting both employers and employees. Preparation of Tribunal cases and providing representation at the hearing, where appropriate.
