They are looking for a passionate Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of catering and FM elements in multiple B&I sites in the Midlands and North, drive commercial success, and support dedicated teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple sites, ensuring high standards of food service and client satisfaction. Manage P&Ls, control costs, and maximise commercial opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead, train, and develop a team of Unit and Area Support Managers. Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations. Continuously improve service delivery and client offerings. Manage cleaning and security teams across multiple clients/sites About You 2 years of experience in a senior contract catering role (Area/Regional/Operations Manager). Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and P&Ls. Strong background in contract catering and client relationship management. Passion for team development and driving business growth.
