Funds/Finance Lawyer

We are seeking an Associate to join an international law firm to act on a broad range of matters, including fund formation, finance, and corporate/M&A law. The Corporate group acts for a prestigious range of clients, including global financial institutions, blue-chip corporations, and investment funds. The team is recognised for its exceptional service and ability to handle complex, high-stakes matters. The focus of this role will be funds and finance/banking matters, although there will also be some corporate work. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on leading-edge projects within a supportive and collaborative team environment. As an Associate, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of transactions and contribute to some of the most notable work in the market. We are seeking either funds or finance Lawyers with up to 4 years' PQE, and a strong academic background. You must have current or recent experience in a City law firm.
