Your responsibilities will include aiding and support with: Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations Participation in on Monthly project reviews with Contracts Director as required Liaising with Contracts Management and procurement teams Issue of problem-solving documentation including Collateral Warranties Assessing and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments and Final Accounts, ensuring required Payment/Pay-less notices are issued. Preparing, submitting and agreeing Interim Valuations. Assist with preparation of Extension of Time and Loss & Expense Submissions.
